In fact, I haven't plugged in the ethernet cable except to ghost the system. My laptop came with the ipw2200 (intel 2200 a/b/g). I have an old Dell Laptop here that I made a dedicated Unbuntu box but I couldn't get the wireless to work to save my life, so, alas, it's the worlds largest MP3 player at work now. :) Did you get your wireless working?
