I couldn't find it but they proved, through lot's of math, that any wind that isn't almost directly behind you feels like a head wind... making any wind at have something like a 75% chance of being perceived as a head wind. It's the strangest thing. Maybe it's just the universe's way of training me. But it's a pain the ass. :) But seriously, it's very gratifying to not rely on my car.
