New BBQ/Smoker Test
This past weekend, I celebrated getting my new BBQ/smoker by smoking up about 10 lbs of meat. It was glorious. For the ribs, I chose a recipe for spicy smoked ribs with pineapple rum glaze.
Let’s see how they came out?

Yum….. spicy!
I also made a brisket from this recipe. This one didn’t come out as well as I thought. I think it was a little too small and so it dried out a bit, but it was really tasty!

All of this was accomplished on my new Char-Griller Super Pro grill with side firebox. It’s like a little locomotive!

I’m looking forward to smoking lots of meats in the future. Maybe one day I’ll ask Evil Nun for some help… or her friend, Godzilla.
